Goods, market and state origin model on the basis of the inner and outer environment of the individual

S.S. Lebedenko, V.Z. Yurechko

“If you want to see a valley, you have to go to the mountains;
if you want to see mountains, you have to rise above the clouds;
but if you want to see everything... close your eyes and just imagine”.

Kahlil Gibran

This work succinctly presents the vision of conditions of goods, market and state origin on the basis of a mathematical model of interaction of structural points of Matrix of human existence (MHE) in the information-energy space (IES): “intellect”, “labor” and “good”. There were considered the features of the increment of extropy volumes and specificity of synergetic interaction of characteristics of MHE individual; product separation from the MHE product and also the logical structuring of state origin stages.

The reasonability of using the term “INDIVIDUAL” in the analysis of pre-state period of human development: in everyday consciousness we often identify the concepts of “person”, “individual”, “personality”. The term “individual” is used to mean “a particular person”, a single representative of the human race, when it should be noted that this is not about all the mankind in general and not about any person of it.

І. Expression of individual in interaction of inner and outer environment.

Let’s see from the part of the evolution of life on Earth, one of the main differences between man and animal is in his relationship with nature. If an animal is an element of nature and builds its relations with it from the position of adaptation to the conditions of the surrounded world, a man does not simply adapt to the environment, but strives to subdue it to some extent by creating the tools for it.

With the creation of tools a person’s lifestyle changes. The ability to create tools for converting environment indicates the ability to work consciously.

Labor is specific, uniquely human activity, consisting in the implementation of impacts on nature to provide the conditions of their existence [1].

The main feature of labor is that work activity, as a rule, is carried out together with other people. Conscious labor presupposes intelligence.

Intelligence is the quality of the psyche, which consists of the ability to adapt to new situations, the ability to learn from the experience, understanding and application of abstract concepts and use of the knowledge for managing the environment [2]. General ability to learn and overcome difficulties that unites all human cognitive abilities: sensation, perception, memory, representation, thinking, imagination.

But, on the other hand: labor creates welfare, the excess of which, appropriated by anybody, becomes the property.

Welfare is something that is able to meet the needs of people’s everyday life, to bring people good, give pleasure [3].

The interests of the citizens in the state is the state’s ability to efficiently store, distribute, concentrate and protect welfare, becoming property at the time of above-listed manipulations and acquiring the distinctive features and quality of the latter.

Thus, it will be logical to say that property cannot be regarded as the primary cause of human existence, but only its derivative.

The very ideological basis of human existence can be represented as a structure of interconnected objects – the Matrix of Human Existence – Picture 1.

Interaction scheme of the junction of matrix of human existence in the information-energy space – time

Picture 1 – Interaction scheme of the junction of matrix of human existence in the information-energy space – time

In fact, a person cannot create anything new, not inherent in information- energy space – time; he may only reveal this from the available variants of information, energy, space and time, changing the entropy of the last ones within the scope of their living space. Under the entropy we’ll understand the measure of structure disorder of interrelated objects [4-5].

Let’s consider the MHE components correlation on the example of a new-born person in the first moments of life. The first drops of breast milk give vitality and the first experience that is different from the instinctive; telling that the more efforts you pursue on the mother’s breast, the more benefits you get.

We get the launch of interrelated phenomena that differ from the initial state of information-energy space – time by the change in the entropy of each component as well as components of the matrix as a whole, and IEST elements revealed by it.

Thus, the qualitative-quantitative indicators MHE in the junctions of the matrix are changing due to redistribution (due to the change in entropy) of quantitative and qualitative information field indicators, energetic and spatial components involved in human life, considered in time, and it accordingly causes a change in entropy of associated components: tools of understanding; tools of pressure; interaction, quality skill, experience; non-material motivation; material motivation.

In summary, it is obvious that both for a single individual or a society of individuals and the state or humanity as a whole, the main interest should be represented by the optimal ratio of MHE components in terms of decrease of entropy in relation to the timely previous state, eliminating the dissipative extremes and catastrophic resonances of the system.

Ideally, there is a possibility of mathematical description of quantitative interaction of MHE objects, corresponding to the harmonious development of the system (proportional decrease in entropy of state of all MHE components).

The above described new MHE paradigm has the following development, and also gives great opportunities to analyze individuals, societies, certain countries and the life of humanity as a whole.

II. Mathematical model of interaction of matrix points of human existence in the information-energy space – time.

“Start doing the necessary, then the possible and suddenly
you see that you are already doing the impossible”

Francis of Assisi

Let’s see the mathematical model of interaction of matrix points of human existence in the information-energy space – time for the individual. Originally MHE points, namely a set of “intellect”, “labor” and “good” are in IEST, which lacks common categorical indicators, in this connection, the mathematical description of these objects, even very abstract, is almost impossible. Presented MHE points may have common quantitative indicators (crossings) only after their Manifestation by the individual from IEST. And as any individual (in particular, You and me) is a three-dimensional Euclidean space in which its elements (points) clearly have concept of measure, dimension, relations and others [6-16], then it is possible for it to construct the rules and laws of interaction of MHE points in IEST. To do this, one must add the number of mathematical concepts and terms regarding the IEST, as well as determine their structural interaction.

The information-energy space – time has a homogeneous structure and can have dimension of more than three, but at the same time, it will have the same topological structure as Euclidean space, because the interaction of IEST and Euclidean space is implemented at the border, and the observer is only in the Euclidean space. So, it is possible to introduce in IEST generally accepted operations of sets of this space.

Let the parameters u є U, v є V and w є W  – be Non-manifested characteristics of MHE individual in IEST, where respectively: U – is "perception", V – “comparison”, W – “accumulation”, which are inherent in any logical system, comparing the states of two or more systems. Thus, the set L of Non-manifested characteristics of MHE individual in IEST is:

L = U ∪ V ∪ W (1)

Next we introduce the Cartesian coordinates (x, y, z) in IEST that will set the three-dimensional Euclidean space R3 with the introduced concept of space metric – functions p(m,n) of two variables, which determine the distance between points in space [7]:

(2)

Coordinates (x, y, z) – are the functions of the arguments u, v, w for the Euclidean space, the essence of which lies in the fact that to each characteristic of “perception”, “comparison”, “accumulation” put the point  (x, y, z) in correspondence from the Euclidean space. Thus, we can say that we have a system of vector functions of a scalar argument (function of Manifestation):

(3)

The system of functions (3) is implemented on the basis of DECOHERENCE [17-18] of MHE in IEST and defines three sets a є A, b є B and c є C, points of Euclidean space, which are Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE individual. Each of these sets is an open sphere in R3 with metric p(m,n):

(4)

where – a0, b0, c0 are the centers of spheres, and, а ra, rb, rc – are radiuses.

The Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE individual (in the form of sets U, V, W) can be logically put in correspondence in the Euclidean space to Unmanifested from IEST characteristics of MHE individual (in the form of sets A, B, C). Realizing that the U, V, W are true only for microstates of IEST in a dimensionless space, and in Euclidean space there is a possibility for endless comparison of the characteristics, accompanied by decoherence: the characteristics of “perception” to the characteristics of “intellect”, characteristics of “comparison” to characteristics of “labor” and characteristics of “accumulation” to the characteristics of “good”. These correspondences for macrostates of MHE individual are true on the grounds that due to the endless mechanism of “perception”, “comparison” and “accumulation” there appears an infinite set of correlated states. Thus, we can divide: the U, V, W sets are only for the microstate of the environment, and the A, B, C – sets will be in infinitely decohere state that is logically expressed in microstate and macrostate of the environment: “intellect, “labor” and “good”. The union of these sets can be called M:

M = A ∪ B ∪ C (5)

At the initial moment of life, the quantitative Manifestation of the characteristics of MHE individual is the point of the Euclidean space, the coordinates of which are determined by a system of vector functions (3), in which all three functions identically degenerate into one (Picture 2.1):

(6)

Quantitative Manifestation at the initial moment of life

Picture 2.1 – Quantitative Manifestation at the initial moment of life

In the further period of life the quantitative characteristics of MHE individual increase significantly, thus, open spheres degenerate from the point (in accordance with the theorem of Poincare-Perelman [19-22]), and the points of the spheres are determined by the correlations (4) (Picture 2.2).

Quantitative Manifestation in the further periods of life

Picture 2.2 (a) – Quantitative Manifestation in the further periods of life

Picture 2.2 (b) – Quantitative Manifestation in the further periods of life

To analyze the changes in quantitative characteristics of MHE individual we can use the entropy function of S system (function characterizing the disorder of the system state). In view of the fact that the term extropy  – can be applied for biological systems – function characterizing the ordered state of the system, in the following we use extropy in the work [23]. Extropy function at each stage of increasing the volumes of spheres we set the maximum distance from the center to the boundary point of the sphere or sphere radius:

(7)

General extropy of the system is set by a nonlinear function of three arguments, continuous over the entire assessment area DS є R3 of the following form::

(8)

The system of sets under consideration (4) (open spheres) in the form of crossing circles with the preservation of their properties and structural relationships (Picture 2.3) is a quantitative Manifestation of points of Matrix of human existence.

The described mathematical model of quantitative Manifestations of points of matrix of human existence is represented as a dimensionless structural and logical interaction of Manifested MHE points located in IEST and being its part: Picture 2.4, a – for the microstate of the environment; Picture 2.4, b – for microstate and macrostate of the environment, visually comparable to previously submitted scheme of interaction in MHE in IEST (Picture 1).

III. INDIVIDUAL, GOODS AND MARKET ORIGIN AND DETECTION OF CONDITIONS OF STATE ORIGIN

“Dogma is a direct prohibition to think”
Ludwig Feuerbach
“The death of dogma is the birth of morality”
Immanuel Kant
“Give me a place to stand and I will move the Earth”
Archimedes

Described in the expression (1) of the set of Unmanifested from IEST characteristics of MHE and in expression (5) of the set of Manifested characteristics are interacting in decoherence conditions of two systems – IEST and MHE in microcosm.

At the initial moment of the merging of chromosomes (the moment of birth of the individual) “information package” of unconditioned reflexes of MHE individual is being unpacked in IEST, accompanied further by the addition of information of collected conditioned reflexes, synergistically forming a qualitatively new characteristics, which are the part of  Manifested ones.

Unpacking of the “information package” of unconditioned reflexes of MHE added as a part of the conditioned reflexes, creates a system of Manifestation described by I.P. Pavlov [24-26] based on the basic instincts (the most obvious examples: the survival instinct and the instinct of orientation). Comparison of external influence on the internal state and decoherence of MHE from IEST increases the set of Manifested MHE characteristics.

The following growth of the set of conditioned reflexes leads to habits and conscious reflexes, due to the fact that the maximum coherence inherent in unconditioned reflexes, is decreased in conditioned reflexes, habits and conscious reflexes (conscious reflexes may be perceived as dogma). The whole area of unconditioned reflexes, conditioned reflexes, habits, conscious reflexes and dogma we can call the area of Appropriated characteristics of MHE individual.

In the following presentation, we highlight three areas: Manifested, Conscious and Appropriated characteristics of MHE individual understanding in the field of Appropriated characteristic a certain automatism of actions, and in the area of Conscious characteristics – comparison between the Manifestated and Appropriated characteristics of MHE individual.

Description of Unmanifested and Manifested characteristics of MHE individual. Development of mathematical model of interaction of points of MHE in IEST will be considered in accordance with the fact that Manifested quantitative characteristics of “intellect”, “labor” and “good” in the form of open in IES spheres  A, B, C in the Euclidean space are generated from the point (expression (6)). We consider that intersection of these sets is not empty:

  (9)

and also we think that reasoning about matrix points of one individual is transferred to the finite group of individuals.

The totality of individuals

M1 … Mi – Manifested characteristics “intellect”, “labor” and “good” of i individual

Picture 3.1 – The totality of individuals

Specificity of MHE is that all interactions between the structural points occur synergistically. There are two kinds of synergy between the structural points of MHE (Picture 3.2):

- SYNERGY OF THE FIRST KIND – synergy separately between any two of the three A, B, C volumes of Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE (pairwise intersection of sets:);
- SYNERGY OF THE SECOND KIND – synergy between the three A, B, C volumes of Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE (total intersection of set: ).

Synergy areas

Picture 3.2 – Synergy areas

In this connection, we introduce the following notions of synergy qualitative expression through extropy (Picture 3.2):

1) 1)    EXTROPY OF THE FIRST KIND – extropy volume of synergy of pairwise intersection of Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE (A, B, C sets):

– pictorial symbol    (10)

It is defined by the functions of the extropies of respective MHE points of individual:

(11)

2) 2)    EXTROPY OF THE SECOND KIND – extropy volume of synergy of all Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE (A, B, C sets):

   (12)

It is defined by the function of the extropies of respective MHE points of individual:

   (13)

Within the given paradigm, the number of states of each of A, B, C sets separately will be less than the number of states of their pairwise intersections, and also less than the number of states of total intersection, in this case we have the next group of obvious inequalities:

   (14)

where  – is initial extropy (IEST extropy);  – is individual extropy; here and in what follows, using of symbol   indicates that given correlations are true of the three extropies of the first kind  ;
 – is extropy of the second kind.

Sequences of Unmanifested and Manifested increments of MHE characteristics. Let’s consider in the general form the sequences of increments of Unmanifested from IEST for the individual of MHE characteristics: “perception”, “comparison”, “accumulation” in the vicinity of the boundary spots in IEST:

Let us show the structure of the interaction of the presented sequences elements. After a small increment near the boundary points of the Unmanifested from IEST for the individual characteristics of the “perception” and “comparison” (in later moments of life) due to external effects of MHE and IEST decoherence:

there happens an increase of the set of the Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE, i.e. an increase of spheres volume (area of the sphere) of the form (4), and this in turn leads to an increase of system extropy (7). In this case, the system of vector-functions (3) can be written as (consider the small increment for h = m = 1):

Thus, the increase of the extropy will be due to comparing the states of internal MHE points with the state of IEST. As part of the given mathematical model, this fact can be formulated in such a way that any of the Manifested MHE characteristics is not trivial, that is the points of the spheres do not degenerate to the zero point:

We should take into account that the paradigm functions in the finite (boundary) conditions for the Manifested and Unmanifested MHE characteristics. For example, excessive “accumulation” would block “comparison” (due to the excessive accumulation of variants) and consequently, blocks further “perceptions”. Accordingly, in the Manifested macrostate the abilities to “labor” and “intellect” will be blocked, so that the next stage of life development the ability to create “good” will go to zero.

On this basis, we have the following interaction of increments of Unmanifested characteristics of MHE in IEST (on the example of increasing of “accumulation” characteristics):

or blocking of both MHE points at the same time:

In other words, within the extremely big accumulation of variants of “comparison” characteristic, the comparison itself is blocked and, as a result, all the system is blocked, too.

For the macro-state of “intellect”, “labor” and “good”, the most obvious illustration of a person’s development in favorable natural conditions (presence of ready nature “good”) does not develop MHE (Africa, Pacific Islands and others). And, on the contrary, we see the inverse extremum of the peoples of Far North, where the very existence of man is on the edge of possible, too small increase in “good” does not provide possibilities to develop “intellect” (as a totality of human’s thinking abilities that is manifested in his cognitive and practical activities and different from the forms of sensory-emotional reflection of the world) and, accordingly, “labor” (as a form of activity aimed at the mastering and transformation in accordance with one’s own needs, interests and goals of the environment).

In this case, the extropy increment of the type’s system (8) will tend to zero (MHE does not develop):

Conditions of mutual relations for Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE. Based on the synergistic aspects of the interaction of structural points of MHE in IEST, elements of А, В, С sets correspond to the conditions of total mutual absorption and continuity, that is at the intersection the elements of A, B, C sets have at least one common point (Picture 3.3) and at least one point of each of the sets is not included in the intersection (Picture 3.4). Thus, we can highlight points of conjunction and points of non-conjunction on the spheres, as well as synergy areas.

Point of spheres continuity

А, В, С – Manifested characteristics of “intellect”, “labor”, “good”;
 – тpoint of spheres continuity

Picture 3.3 – Point of spheres continuity

Point of mutual unabsorption of spheres

А, В, С – Manifested characteristics of “intellect”, “labor”, “good”;
 K2 ∈ C: K2 ∉ (A ∪ B) – point of sphere С, unabsorbed by spheres А and В
Picture 3.4 – Point of mutual unabsorption of spheres

Similar arguments can be given for MHE points A and B.

Quality of Manifestation. The key issue of the analysis of synergetic interaction of structural MHE points in IEST and, in fact, the main mechanism of MHE development is the QUALITY OF MANIFESTATION of quantitative characteristics of MHE individual. It is caused by the vector gradient of extropy function (8) and (13). For further analysis of Manifestation process it is necessary to set the total extropy gradient of Manifested characteristics of MHE individual:

   (15)

and also extropy (synergy) gradient of the second kind:

   (16)

Then, in accordance with the expression (14), the quantity (modulus) of vector (16) will be bigger than the corresponding vector quantity (15):

   (17)

Conclusion: maximum quantity of the Manifestation is caused by the maximum proportional combination of А, В, С sets.

Increment of extropy of MHE individual. General extropy of MHE system of interacting individuals. Increasing of extropy of the first and second kinds of synergetically interacting MHE points is caused by increment of quantities of volumes of Manifested characteristics of “intellect”, “labor” and “good” at every (q-m) stage of individual (group of individuals) life development. With (q-м) stage of individual (group of individuals) life development. With q = 1 we have initial extropy (M) Нof Unmanifested characteristics of MHE in IEST of individual (group of individuals).

Taking into account that MHE points in IEST interact synergistically, excluding dissipative extremums and catastrophic system resonances, the following increase of extropy of points of MHE individual is true:

   (18)

where  – are prolonged extropies of interaction system of MHE points for individual (in the following moments of life), , , – are q-е extropy increments.

On the basis of the foregoing, we can say that the general system extropy of interaction of society (group) of individuals is a kind of function g from general extropy, the first and the second kind of interaction of each interacting individuals:

   (19)

где

Proportional correlations of MHE points of individual. Considering further MHE behavior, correlations show that the balanced development of MHE is only possible with a proportional increase in extropy of each of the A, B, C sets. That is, with any increase of Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE the proportional correlation of the extropy increments of each of the MHE points should remain constant.

Let’s formulate an important statement about the nature of proportional correlations of the interacting MHE points of individual (character of individual). For any natural value q, characterizing stages of extropy increment of MHE points of individual, there will be such positive constantsα β γ (in general they may be functions of q), that for each of them there will be the finite limit of correlation of extropy increments of respective MHE points equal to these constants:

   (20)

It is possible to have similar representation of the nature of proportional correlations of individuals society, provided the development of Manifested quantitative characteristics of MHE of each individual.

Conscious reality separation. In the quality-quantitative analysis of the Matrix “work” we should single out both objective component of the interaction of structural MHE points in IEST expressed in the growing extropy volume, and subjective components of manifested volumes A, B, C.

In each of the volumes А, В, С, expressing MANIFESTED reality, we single out volumes А', В', С', expressing CONSCIOUS reality.
As part of the given mathematical set model, А', В', С'  are subsets of А, В, С sets (Picture 3.5):

A' ⊂ A, B' ⊂ B, C' ⊂ C,

characterized in IEST by the extropy of the higher level, defining function of extropy of Manifested MHE characteristics:

(21)

Separation of the Conscious from the Manifested

А, В, С – Manifested characteristics of “intellect”, “labor” and “good”;
А', В', С'  – Conscious characteristics of “intellect”, “labor” and “good”

Picture 3.5 – Separation of the Conscious from the Manifested

In accordance with how synergetic interaction of Manifested characteristics of MHE individual was expressed, we can highlight synergy areas of the first and second kind of Conscious MHE characteristics and also extropy of the first   and second   kind of Conscious MHE characteristics.

Separation of the Appropriated. MHE product. In the volume of CONSCIOUS reality A', B', C'  there happens subjective APPROPRIATION of MHE elements in the form of MHE PRODUCT, expressed in volumes A'', B'', C'' (Picture 3.6).

Separation of the (Appropriated) Conscious

A', B', C'  – Conscious characteristics of “intellect”, “labor” and “good”;
A'', B'', C''  – Appropriated characteristics of “intellect”, “labor” and “good”

Picture 3.6 – Separation of the (Appropriated) Conscious

As part of the given mathematical model, the sets A'', B'', C'' are subsets of the sets A', B', C':

A'' ⊂ A' ⊂ A, B'' ⊂ B' ⊂ B, C'' ⊂ C' ⊂ C,

and also characterizing in IEST by the extropy of the higher level, defining functions of extropy of Conscious MHE characteristics:

(22)

Let’s consider that MHE points are in one of the possible (not forbidden), excluding dissipative and catastrophic resonances, states, enabling fluctuations of quantitative and qualitative MHE characteristics.

For example, a decrease in “good” and its main components (material and non-material) provokes motivational growth of mental abilities to adapt to new conditions, create new working skills and tools. Through these two components, a minimum is to return “good” in the initial state (in this case as a motivation we must take into account basic human instincts, directly related to the absence of good).

Further process analysis of Appropriation is characterized by specifying of gradient of general extropy of Appropriated characteristics of MHE individual:

   (23)

and also by extropy (synergy) vector gradient of the second kind of Appropriated characteristics of MHE individual:

   (24)

Thus, we can write the following inequalities, which should be satisfied by extropy:

   (25)

where  –  is initial extropy of Unmanifested characteristics of MHE in IEST (extropy of IEST itself);  are general extropy, extropies of the first and second kind of Manifested characteristics of MHE individual respectively;  are general extropy, extropies of the first and second kind of Conscious characteristics of MHE individual respectively;  are general extropy, extropies of the first and second kind of Appropriated characteristics of MHE individual respectively.

Similarly to the expression (25), we can formulate a group of inequalities for general extropies of MHE systems of interacting individuals.

In accordance with the presented reasoning we formulate the following HYPOTHESIS:
-    Characteristics of individual Manifestations – part of the subconscious mind of individual;
-    Characteristics of individual Consciousness – individual consciousness;
-    Characteristics of individual Appropriation – separation of an individual from Nature.

Taking into account the given above expressions we can formulate cause-effect relation for each structural MHE point:

•    Manifestation doesn’t mean Consciousness;
•    Consciousness is not Appropriation, but Appropriation is both Manifestation and Consciousness;
•    Appropriated part of IES can be both material and non-material, and is defined as MHE Product.

In what follows within the introduced mathematical model, for the comfortable schematic description of Appropriated characteristics of MHE individual, we will submit for consideration a certain set   in the form of open sphere, circled near  spheres of i individual (Picture 3.7):

   (26)

Thus, in what follows we can submit for consideration the following sets of Appropriated quantitative characteristics of MHE individual:

   (27)

where Рprog – is MHE individual Product, which is a general component of Appropriated (useful and conscious) quantitative characteristics of “intellect”, “labor” and “good”.

  – Appropriated MHE Product of і individual

Picture 3.7 – Simplified vision of volumes of Appropriated MHE Product of і individual

Goods separation from Product. Market assessment. The product is consumed by the individual to so-called autonomy point (saturation). Surplus is formed from the part of the product that the individual does not consume because of the maximum saturation of it. The totality of surplus of one individual, and as a special case the need for it of another individual may be called T goods, which is MHE Product:

In what follows we will consider set T as an open sphere of the kind:

   (28)

Interaction of individuals in relations needs-surplus (further supply and demand) lead to the market origin: GOODS GIVE RISE TO MARKET.

Nature of goods origin is that they are singled out by Matrix, part of the objective reality. One of the basic characteristics of the goods is their fragmentation, changing and accumulation. Thus, we can say that goods form needs-surplus relationship, provided that there are at least THREE states of needs-surplus: presence of the surplus only; presence of the needs only; presence of both surpluses and needs.

The exchange of goods (with the help of the market) suggests origination of the need for universal goods – MONEY.

With the market appearance a need for the socialization of the goods arises, for example, in its protectability from adverse environmental conditions.

Transformation process of MHE individual Product. Awareness of the individual (group of individuals) of a surplus of MHE product precedes certain state – initial Manifestation of MHE individual in IEST (Picture 3.8), as well as the state which assumes the saturation of the products of MHE points interaction, and which can for convenience be called autonomy volume (Figure 3.9).

Initial Manifestation of individual

  – volume of Appropriated Product of MHE individual “intellect”;
  – volume of Appropriated Product of MHE individual “labor”;
  – volume of Appropriated Product of MHE individual;
 – volume of individual autonomy

  – volume of Appropriated Product of MHE individual “good”;
  – volume of individual autonomy;
  – volume of possible personal consuming and distribution of individual

Picture 3.10 – Achieving the autonomy volume by individual

The presence of surpluses of individual (groups of individuals) in such amounts when he is not able to distribute them, exceeding the volume  , leads to manifestation of a new system state. It is appearance of individuals who can distribute the surplus so that the MHE extropy  of communities producing surplus was proportional to supplemented corresponding sets A'', B'', C''.On Picture 3.10, in a schematic form there is an exchange of undistributed surplus of MHE product of one individual (М2 has surplus of “intellect” characteristics) in the presence of needs for appropriate product of another individual (М1). On Picture 3.11, b there is a similar exchange, but taking into account simultaneous availability of surpluses and needs of both individuals.

Separation of subsequences of MHE Product. The obvious is the fact that as a result of synergetic interaction of structural MHE points every volume of Appropriated MHE characteristics contains parts of other Appropriated MHE characteristics. In other words, the sequence of set elements of any MHE point contains subsequences of the two other MHE points (Picture 3.12):

 – subsequence of elements of Appropriated Product volume of “intellect” and “labor” of MHE individual;

 – subsequence of elements of Appropriated Product volume of “intellect” and “good” of MHE individual;
 – subsequence of elements of Appropriated Product volume of “labor” and “good” of MHE individual;

Distribution of surplus through the market does not solve the problems of the protection of MHE individual from the external factors, as well as other problems related to the development and maintenance of long-term stable state of MHE in the boundary conditions – the conditions of maximum extropy increment of MHE individual and general extropy of MHE system of interacting individuals.

These tasks are solved by the socialization of the surplus and the creation of institutions ensuring the optimal functioning of MHE individual.

Thus, we come to the Manifestation and Consciousness (understanding) of the conditions of state origin:

1) state is the result of increasing of the general MHE extropy of society of individuals to the condition of the impossibility of self-distribution of surplus produced for personal consumption;

2) state is the result of the socialization of surplus of MHE individuals for the purpose of establishing institutions providing long-term optimal functioning of MHE.

CONCLUSIONS
1. Manifestation of MHE in IEST by individual, the following Consciousness and Appropriation of the Manifested by increasing IEST extropy, produces goods;
2. The gradient of the synergy of the second kind of Appropriated MHE characteristics determines qualitative and quantitative parameters of both individual and communities of individuals, as well as the parameters of the goods produced by them;
3. The parameters of the goods produced by the society are functionally depend on the overall characteristics of MHE communities of individuals, in a private case – on the characteristics of MHE individual;
4. The development direction of the society (or community of individuals) functionally depends on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the goods produced by the community of individuals;
5. Goods, being both a surplus of MHE vital activity and a part of Manifested IEST with increased extropy can be regarded as an initial component of any configuration of society, both existing and most efficiently possible from the point of view of the individual, including the state.
